Biography

Dwight L. Thomas is Gentherm’s Vice President and General Manager of its Medical division, reporting to Bill Presley.

Dwight leads Gentherm Medical’s global business strategy, including commercial execution, market expansion and continued development of Gentherm’s medical patient temperature management portfolio.

Previously, Dwight was the Vice President of U.S. Sales and Marketing at Mölnlycke Healthcare, where he led a $500 million business and a 200-person commercial organization, delivering sustained revenue and EBITDA growth, organizational transformation and expanded strategic partnerships. Prior to that, he held senior leadership roles at Flexicare, progressive leadership roles at Teleflex Medical, Synthes, a Johnson & Johnson company, and Allergan, building deep expertise across medical device and healthcare markets.

Dwight earned a Master of Business Administration from the Georgia Institute of Technology, completed executive education programs at London Business School and Beijing University, and holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.
