Jaymi Wilson
Jaymi Wilson is Gentherm’s Senior Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer, reporting to Bill Presley.
In her role, Jaymi leads the development and advancement of Gentherm’s corporate strategy and enterprise-wide strategic initiatives, partnering across the organization to drive long-term growth and value creation. She also oversees the Company’s strategic marketing and corporate communications efforts globally. Since joining Gentherm in 2013, Jaymi has held roles of increasing responsibility, including Senior Vice President and General Manager, North America, Senior Vice President of Global Sales and Vice President and General Manager of Gentherm’s Medical Business.
Her career spans manufacturing, engineering, product management, sales leadership, strategy, and corporate development, with experience at Visteon, SMR Automotive Global, and Gentherm.
Jaymi earned a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Michigan and a Master of Business Administration from Eastern Michigan University.
